Silverlake "The Family Place" Expansion

In October, 2017, B.L. Spille Construction, Inc. ceremoniously broke ground on a new $9 million facility expansion at Silverlake "The Family Place" located on Kenton Lands Rd., in Erlanger, KY.

The new 55.000 sq. ft. addition will house a ropes course for children ages 6 years - 12 years, duck pin bowling lanes, the nation's tallest clip 'n climb, a trampoline park for adults and children, and finally a cafe with a full-service bar and grill as well as activities for children.

Construction completion is expected by Fall 2018.
